GREENFIELD — The Hancock County 4-H Rabbit Club met April 5 at the Hancock County Fairgrounds.
The 4-Her’s were taught the basics of how to be a rabbit ambassador. The Rabbit Ambassador Contest is dedicated to recognizing youth who excel in their general knowledge of rabbits, their ability to identify breeds and varieties of rabbits, their herd management skills and their personal growth, according to the 4-H website.
The next event is Rabbit ID Day when all rabbits to be shown must be verified and the Rabbit Ownership forms submitted. This will be from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday at the Hancock County Fairgrounds.
