Officials approve use of property for Riley Festival
GREENFIELD — County officials recently OK’d the use of local facilities for festivities during Riley Festival in the fall.
The city of Greenfield recently received approval from the Hancock County Board of Commissioners to use the courthouse annex and courthouse lawn for the annual festival, which runs Oct. 6 to 9 this year.
The annex is used to house various festival competitions, including the photo contest, while the lawn hosts vendor booth games.
