HANCOCK COUNTY — County officials recently OK’d the demolition of an eyesore property in Philadelphia.
The Hancock County Board of Commissioners gave the county building inspector authority to demolish a home, 2323 W. U.S. 40.
The county health department deemed the property unsafe in the fall. Demolition will be scheduled in coming weeks, officials say.
