Cheryl L. Turner-Lortz, 57, of Warren, Mich., formerly of Fortville, passed away Monday, Nov. 16, 2015, at St. John Macomb Hospital. She was born March 2, 1958, in Indianapolis, to Charles and Dona (Carver) Harrison.
Cheryl had worked at the Fortville VFW Post 6904 and the Fortville American Legion Post 391. She was retired from Ford Motor Company.
Cheryl is survived by husband, Joseph Lortz, whom she married Dec. 26, 2004; sons, “the boys” Craig and Cory Turner; stepchildren, Andy and Lindsey Lortz; parents; sisters, Sheila Hamm (Jerry Crouch), Lorie Stanley, Donna (Kevin) Burns; brother, David Harrison; stepgrandchildren, Maddy and Jack.
Friends may call from 1 to 5 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 21, 2015, at Seals Funeral Home in Fortville. Private family services will take place at a later time. Cremation will follow.
