HANCOCK COUNTY — At a recent 4-H award ceremony, two grand champion winners received a $250 check from the Hancock County Master Gardeners.
Ryan Wilks, who will be a junior at Franklin Central High School, received his award for grand champion of vegetables.
Emily Fontaine, who will be a senior at Greenfield-Central High School, received her award for grand champion of flowers.
Both of these winners will advance to the Indiana State Fair competition in August.
