HANCOCK COUNTY — The Trail Life Troop IN-0234 leaders and members were recently presented with a $1,500 grant from Greg Hill with NineStar Connect to help purchase camping equipment.
Trail Life is a Christian-based organization that serves young boys from kindergarten through high school.
The organization program centers on outdoor experiences that build a young man’s skills to allow him to grow on a personal level and as a role model and leader for his peers.
The group’s organizational sponsor is New Life Christian Fellowship, 1574 State Road 234 West, Fortville.
The group meets from 6 to 7:30 p.m. every second and fourth Tuesday at New Life Christian Fellowship. If interested in joining the group, contact Brian Holzhausen at 317-485-7472.
