Former Royal tennis player earns collegiate honor
Eastern Hancock graduate and current Indiana University East junior Connor Kramer won a spot on the men’s tennis Daktronics-National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics Scholar-Athlete list.
Kramer, a business administration major and a finance minor, was among 110 players honored across the country.
In order to be nominated for the list, a student-athlete must maintain a minimum grade point average of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale and must have achieved a junior academic status.

Marauders summer camps registration now open
Mt. Vernon High School will host several sport camps during summer 2015. Registration forms can be found on maraudersathletics.com under Marauder HQ tab. All grades are as of fall 2015.
Tennis (boys & girls)
All camps take place at high school tennis courts
Week One (June 1 to 5) and Week Two schedules:
Kindergarten to Grade 3: 1 to 2 p.m.
Grades 4 to 6: 2 to 3 p.m.
Grades 7 to 8: 3 to 4 p.m.
Grades 9 to 12: 4 to 6 p.m.
Cost: $45 Kindergarten through Grade 8; $65 Grades 9 to 12.
