HANCOCK COUNTY — Susan Goodart, a certified personal trainer, fitness counselor and yoga teacher, will start two five-week yoga courses for beginning and experienced students today at the Hancock County Public Library, 900 W. McKenzie Road, Greenfield.
Adults already familiar with yoga will meet from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. Beginners will meet from 2:45 to 3:45 p.m. in the library’s Greenfield Banking Co. Community Room.
Students pay a one-time fee of $25 for the entire series at the first class.
Seniors ages 60-plus may take either class for free.
Bring a mat or towel and a small pillow, and wear clothing that allows free movement.
