Stella Catherine Parks, 84, of Greenfield, passed away on Wednesday, April 8th, 2015, at Hancock Regional Hospital. Stella was born in Howard County, Indiana, on Jan. 10, 1931, a daughter to the late Jesse (Conn) Fenn and Ernest Fenn.
She worked for Indiana Knitwear & Frosty Foods. She was a member of the Mt. Lebanon United Methodist Church and Red Hats. She was an avid knitter, and card player.
Stella is survived by sons Michael Parks of Indianapolis and J. William (Stacey) Parks of Greenfield; sister Juanita Stafford; sister-in-law Sally (Fenn) Smith; grandchildren Jared Parks, Jacob Neal and Michael Parks Jr.; great-grandchildren Natalie Schultz and Daniel Parks; nieces Debbie Hardy, Marcia Jones and Jill Wittkamper; nephews Jack Fenn, Steve and Jim Kirby.
She is preceded in death by husband Raymond Parks, and brother Eugene Fenn.
Memorial Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until time of service at the church. A Celebration of Life will be at 11 a.m. on Saturday, April 11, 2015, at the Mt. Lebanon United Methodist Church, Greenfield, with Pastor Steve Brackney officiating.
