Fines and Sentences

The following fines and sentences were imposed recently in Hancock Superior Court 2:

Feb. 20

Jeffrey Morris pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated; sentenced to 365 days in jail with 20 days executed and 345 days suspended; 345 days drug and alcohol probation; 180 days of home detention; victim impact panel; driver’s license suspended 45 days. Fine and cost: $768.

Nathan Rook pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated; sentenced to 365 days in jail with 365 days suspended; 365 days drug and alcohol probation; victim impact panel; driver’s license suspended 46 days. Fine and cost: $768.

Kiel P. Holman pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated; sentenced to 365 days in jail with 10 days executed and 355 days suspended; 355 days drug and alcohol probation; 180 days of home detention; victim impact panel. Fine and cost: $768.

Bobby J. Maddox II pleaded guilty to possession of synthetic drugs or look-alike substance; sentenced to 365 days in jail with 26 days executed and 339 days suspended; 339 days drug and alcohol probation; $200 drug interdiction fee; sentence to run concurrent with previous Hancock County court case; fine and cost: $568.

Alec J. Michaels pleaded guilty to theft; sentenced to 365 days in jail with 365 days suspended; 365 days formal probation; restitution to the Hoosier Lottery for $150 and Speedway Gas for $220. Fine and cost: $168.

Bobby J. Maddox II pleaded guilty to possession of paraphernalia; sentenced to 365 days with 365 days suspended; 365 days drug and alcohol probation; driver’s license suspended 180 days; $200 drug interdiction fee; sentence to run concurrent with other Hancock County court case. Fine and cost: $568.

Bobby J. Maddox II pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana; sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended.

Brian Schotner pleaded guilty to driving while suspended; sentenced to 365 days in jail with 365 days suspended; 365 days formal probation; driver’s license suspended 90 days. Fine and cost: $168.

Stephen Smith pleaded guilty to criminal conversion; sentenced to 365 days in jail with 30 days executed and 335 days suspended; 335 days formal probation. Fine and cost: $168.
