Evelyn "Everly" Carol Ison, 50, of Greenfield, went to be with the Lord on Jan. 27, 2015. Everly was born Oct. 24, 1964, in Benham, Ky., to Douglas & Carolyn Ison of New Tazewell, Tenn.
She was employed at IU Methodist Hospital for several years.
Everly is survived by fiance, Scotty Dale Holden of Greenfield; her parents, Doug & Carolyn, Larry & Vickie Holden; brothers and sisters-in-law, Tony, Tina, Paul & Jodi; nieces, Mackenzie and Stephanie and nephews, Aaron & Zach.
Funeral arrangements are being handled by Claiborne Overholt Funeral Home, New Tazewell, Tenn., 37825, this is per Everly’s wishes.
A Memorial will be held in her honor locally, at a later date.
