Beverly A. (Redmon) Mearling, 85, of Greenfield, died Saturday, Aug. 9, 2014, at Hancock Regional Hospice. She was born on June 1, 1929, in Greensburg as the daughter of Helen Styers and Max Redmon. She graduated from Warren Central High School in 1947. She married Robert A Mearling on July 2, 1948, in Indianapolis.
She is survived by her husband of 66 years, Robert Mearling of Greenfield; children, Stephen R. (Marilynn) Mearling of Evansville, Linda S. (James) Baker of Greenfield, Kathleen K. (David) Trautmann of Greenfield; and six grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Helen; Daniel Styers; and brother, Richard Redmon.
Visitation will be held from 1 until 2 p.m.on Tuesday, Aug. 12, at Faith Lutheran Church in Greenfield. A funeral service will immediately follow at 2 p.m. Reverend Wm. Daniel O’Connor will be officiating. Entombment will follow at Washington Park East in Indianapolis.
