Paul Bewley, 62, of Greenfield, passed away Friday May 23, 2014, at the Community Heart Hospital North Indianapolis. He was born on Oct.12, 1951, in Indianapolis, the son of the late James B and Dorothy P. (Gill) Bewley.
Paul was a graduate of Eastern Hancock High School and received his Bachelor’s Degree in computer science. He served his country in the Army during Vietnam stationed in Korea. Paul loved music, playing the piano, making floral arrangements, playing cards and board games.
He is survived by four brothers, Jesse (Mary) Bewley of Indianapolis, George (Carol) Bewley of Greenfield, Phil (Debi) Bewley and Tom (Sissy) Bewley both of Carthage; six sisters, Francis (Rodger) Stephenson of Venice, Fla., Dora Bradley of Southport, Jewell (John) Scrogham of Wilkinson, Sandi (Jim) Bowen of Bloomfield, Debbie(Ron) Kraus of Wilkinson, Beth Kraft of Greenfield; close friends, Ed Marr, Tony, Heidi and Mike; many nieces, nephews and close friends.
Paul was preceded in death by his parents and brother, James B. Bewley Jr.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday May 28, 2014, at the funeral home. Funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday May 29, 2014, at the Stillinger Family Funeral Home Pasco Chapel 1780 West Main Street Greenfield, IN 46140, with burial to follow at Park Cemetery with full military honors.
