Hershel Ernest Cross, 75, of Fortville, died Feb. 9, 2014.
Ernie is survived by his four children, Timothy, Mark, Barbara and Michael; adopted son, Chad; seven grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; three brothers; and three sisters.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Betty Cross and his father and stepmother, Paris & Martha Cross.
Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m on Thursday, Feb. 13, 2014, at Erlewein Mortuary & Crematory in Greenfield. A graveside service will be held at Noon on Friday, Feb. 14, 2014, at New Lisbon Cemetery in Henry County.
