Tania D. (Holt) Frasher, 62, of Indianapolis, passed away Tuesday, June 21, 2011 at Community Hospital in Indianapolis. She was born Feb. 22, 1949, in Greenfield, Ind., to the late Robert and Betty Holt.
Tania graduated from Greenfield High School in 1967. She married Michael Frasher on Jan. 30, 1993. Tania pursued a career as a bond underwriter in the insurance field, retiring in 2008. She was a Master Gardener, and enjoyed reading. Her favorite hobby was loving and spoiling the many children in her life. Children were drawn to Tania, and they loved to visit and spend time with her.
Tania is survived by her husband, Michael Frasher; mother, Betty Holt of Greenfield; in-laws, Robert and Odie Frasher, of Louisville, Ky.; stepchildren, Eric Frasher and Mandy Jolley of Louisville, Ky.; granddaughters, Gabrielle and Lola Jolley; brothers, Robert (Betsy) Holt and Leary Holt; sister, Shannon (Duane) Bently all of Greenfield; sister-in-law, Cindy (Billy) McKeown of Louisville, Ky.; nephews and nieces, Jade Fisher and Bobby Holt of Greenfield, Sara (Chris) Dowden of McCordsville, Kelly (Blaine) Barrett of Greenfield, Duane (Elizabeth) Bently of Arlington; great-nephews, Michael Fisher, Colby Fisher and Zachary Dowden; great-niece, Madison Barrett.
Visitation will be Saturday, June 25, 2011 from 2:00 p.m. until the time of services at 4:00 p.m. at Shirley Brothers Washington Memorial Chapel, 9606 E. Washington St.
Tania was loved and will be missed by all.
