Steven Douglas Phillips, 61, Indianapolis, died Thursday, Dec. 16, 2010. He was born April 25, 1949, to the late Dwight and Anna Mae (Gust) Phillips.
Survivors include his wife, Joyce Lorna (Boyd) Phillips; daughters, Rachel Lynn Phillips and Allison Leigh Phillips; sister, Donna Keeney; and brothers, Ken, Jack, Bill, and Ron Phillips.
Visitation will be held from 11 a.m. until the time of service at 1 p.m. on Monday. Dec. 20, 2010, at Hendryx Mortuary, 11636 E. Washington Street, Cumberland, IN 46229.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Phillips family.
