Here, Jason Rodgers shares about his band Two Jasons that he performs alongside Jason Irwin. Both grew up outside of McCordsville, and both now live just outside of Greenfield. On April 8, history will be made as the moon will completely cover the sun over Hancock County skies for the first time in 1,193 years.

In the heart of the Hoosier state, where basketball is akin to religion, the Indiana High School Athletics Association Boys Basketball tournament reigns supreme. It’s a time when gymnasiums echo with the thunderous cheers of fans, and the hopes of entire communities ride on the shoulders of high school athletes dribbling towards glory.

GREENFIELD – Local animal rescue groups say spring is their busiest season, so now’s the time to lend a helping hand to those who care for the paws in the community.

The Wolfsies recently returned from a wonderful vacation in Mexico where we visited with Mary Ellen’s brother Tom and his new bride, Cori. In preparation for the trip, I have been learning Spanish with an app called Duo Lingo. When airline safety instructions were given in Spanish, Mary Ellen asked me to translate. The only thing I am sure the flight attendant said was “Thanks for flying American…” because that part was in English. Here are a few other funny things that happened on our journey…

4-H club creates a sunny service project
