GREENFIELD
David Paul Branson “Dave” went to be home with Jesus on December 18, 2022. He passed away peacefully surrounded by his family at home.
Dave was born on November 16, 1954 in Indianapolis, Indiana. He graduated from Howe High School in 1973 and served in the Navy from 1973 to 1979. He graduated from Indiana University Purdue University with a degree in Business. He married Tina on May 26, 1979 and was a loving, dedicated husband, father and grandfather. He owned and ran his own carpet cleaning and restoration business for 30 years.
He was a Jesus follower and attended Mt. Comfort United Methodist Church and Outlook Christian Church. Dave loved helping others volunteering in the Brookside community where he grew up, at the Kenneth Butler Soup Kitchen in Greenfield and Renewal Neighborhood Ministries at 42nd and Post Rd. He always had a good joke ready to make others laugh, he enjoyed spending time with his family and fishing at the lake with his buddies.
Dave is survived by his wife of 43 years, Tina Branson; loving children Amber (Trever) Dixon, Alex (Dara) Branson and Katey (David) Owens. He was blessed with 4 grandchildren; Hunter David, Zayden Michael, Emerson Riley and Sage Magdalene. He is survived by his siblings Bill Jr. (Pam), Bob (Chelsea), Jim (Donna) Branson; Cheryl (Luke)Gerardi; Kim (Jim) Loy and brother in Christ Dan (Geth) Linville and many aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents, William Branson and Beryl Kiggins and his Great Aunt Bertha Goben.

Visitation will be on Wednesday, December 28, 2022 at Indiana Funeral Care 8151 Allisonville Rd. Indianapolis, IN 46250 from 10:00 AM till 12:00 PM. Service will be on follow visitation at 12:00 PM. Burial will follow service at New Palestine Cemetery.
