GREENFIELD
Christopher D. Barnes, 44, of Greenfield, passed away Thursday, August 6, 2020 at St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis. He was born in Ft. Wayne on August 9 , 1975 to Gordon and Barbara (Patten) Barnes. Chris had been the service manager at Inskeep Ford and Burd Ford. He was a member of the Millersville F & AM Lodge No. 126.
Chris is survived by his wife Jennifer (Fry) Barnes, whom he married March 21, 1998, daughter Annastasia Cole; grandchildren Alyssa, Riley, Jaxson, Trinity, Aidyn, Zoey and Mason, his parents, sisters Jillann Barnes and Jacqueline Barnes Gottwald, nephews Zachary, Nicholas and Nathaniel, father-in-law Dennis Fry.
He was preceded in passing by his mother-in-law Kathleen Fry and his grandparents
A celebration of Chris’ life will be held on Friday, August 14, 2020 at 1:30 p.m. at Seals Funeral Home, Fortville beginning with Masonic Memorial Rites. Friends may call on Friday from 12:30 until the time of service. Burial will take place at Gravel Lawn Cemetery, Fortville.
