Submit an engagement announcement

Announcements up to 100 words with no photo will be published free of charge.

Announcements up to 200 words that include a photo will be published in the Daily Reporter for a charge of $39. Additional words may be added at a charge of 20 cents per word and one additional photo may be added for a fee of $20.

For the Pendleton Times-Post, or the Fortville/McCordsville or New Palestine Press, the charge is $29 per paper, plus 10 cents per word over 200 and $10 for a second photo.

Deadline for submissions is 5 p.m. Fridays.
All material submitted must be typed or neatly printed. Because of the possibility of errors, illegible submissions won’t be published. The Daily Reporter reserves the right to edit all submissions. Full addresses will not be published; they are for Daily Reporter use only. Photos may be black and white or color and must be wallet size or larger. Announcements are published on Wednesdays on the lifestyle page in the Daily Reporter; Fridays in the New Palestine Press; Thursdays in the Fortville/McCordsville Reporter, and Wednesdays in the Pendleton Times-Post. Photos may be picked up after publication or mailed to those who include a self-addressed, stamped envelope.
Submissions will not be published until approved by the customer by (e-mail, fax, or in person).
When you email your announcement, please include your daytime contact information, so that we may contact you regarding payment. The Daily Reporter will accept credit or debit card payments by phone at 317-467-6000. You can also drop off your payment at our office Monday-Friday 8 a.m.-5 p.m., use our convenient night drop box located on the south side of our building, or mail your payment to Daily Reporter 22 W. New Road, Greenfield, IN, 46140.

All paid occasions must be pre-paid by submission deadline, or item will not publish.
