GREENFIELD — Greenfield Main Street hosts the third and final installation of its Very Merry Christmas classic movies with “White Christmas” at 3 and 7 p.m. Wednesday at the H.J. Ricks Centre for the Arts, 122 W. Main St. “White Christmas” is the story of two song-and-dance Army buddies who meet a pair of female singers while en route to a ski lodge in Vermont. GREENFIELD — Horse-drawn carriage rides are available from 6 to 9 p.m. Saturday. Rides depart from the back of the Riley Boyhood Home at 250 W. Main St. and travel throughout downtown Greenfield. Carriages, depending on the size, can fit up to six people. Tickets for the carriage rides are $40 per carriage and can be purchased online at greenfieldmainstreet.org. Greenfield Main Street recommends reservations as carriage spots often sell out.

GREENFIELD — Wilkerson Dance presents its annual “Nutcracker and Holiday Spectacular,” at 1 p.m. and 5 p.m. Sunday in the auditorium at Greenfield-Central High School, 810 N. Broadway. Tickets are available for $10 in advance by calling 317-462-1673 or emailing [email protected]. Tickets can also be purchased at the door on the day of the performance for $11.

GREENFIELD — Dance East Ballet Company will present its original ballet, “Little Things,” at 7 p.m. Saturday and 2:30 p.m. Sunday at the H.J. Ricks Centre for the Arts, 122 W. Main St. Tickets are $10 for adults and $6 for ages 12 and under available at the studio, 28 N. East St. or at the door before the performance.

GREENFIELD — Greenfield Sertoma presents Christmastide Celebration 2018 at 7 p.m. Dec. 14 at Trinity Park United Methodist Church, 207 W. Park Ave. This holiday concert features music and dance by the Brandywine Wind Band and members of the Wilkerson Dance Studio. The Greenfield Sertoma Club sponsors this community event and will be accepting donations to clothe Hancock County children in need. Holiday pies will be on sale for $8, and Santa and Mrs. Claus will be available for pictures for $3 to support this program. GREENFIELD — The Minnetrista Theatre Preserves presents its own version of Charles Dickens’ classic story, "A Christmas Carol" at 10 a.m. Saturday at the Hancock County Public Library, 900 W. McKenzie Road.  This family-friendly performance is an outreach of the Minnetrista Museum in Muncie. Register to attend at hcplibrary.org.
