GREENFIELD — The Hancock County Herb Society will meet Thursday at the Patricia Elmore Center, 280 Apple St., Greenfield. Doors open at 6:30 p.m., and the meeting starts at 7 p.m. The guest speaker is Ryan Hammer from Crazy Horse Hops, who will discuss the growing and use of hops in Indiana. Hops is the 2018 Herb of the Year.
Refreshments will be served. Meetings are free, and the residents are welcome and encouraged to come share their knowledge, or to learn more about growing and using herbs.
