Zion Lutheran School celebrates character

NEW PALESTINE — As part of the curriculum, students at Zion Lutheran School have been focusing on four character traits for the school year: kindness, respect, responsibility and safety. Students who demonstrated outstanding character in these areas recently celebrated with a free period the last hour of the school day. Students could select from board games, card games, Legos, making tissue flowers, making slime and play dough, a Nerf gauntlet and Nine Square.
