CUMBERLAND – A craft and bake sale is planned to raise money for a local child’s kidney transplant.
Greenfield 1-year-old Hudson Schrank needs a life-saving kidney transplant; the boy has been diagnosed with end-stage renal disease. He is on dialysis for 10 hours a night. Local volunteers are raising funds for the Children’s Organ Transplant Association to help Hudson and his family with transplant-related expenses.
All of the proceeds of the craft and bake sale will go toward Hudson’s expenses. The event is slated for 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Dec. 2 at Calvary Christian Fellowship, 79 S. County Road 700W, Cumberland. For more information, go to cotaforteamhudsons.com.
