MAXWELL
Robert Bryson, 74, of Maxwell, passed away on Friday, October 27, 2017. He was born on June 14, 1943 in Indianapolis as the son of Hugh R. and Hazel Francis (Giles) Bryson.
Robert graduated from Arsenal Tech and served in the U.S. Navy.
He worked for ATCO Rubber Products for many years as a truck driver. Robert was a member of the U.S. Navy American Veterans Association. He enjoyed restoring old cars and camping. He loved spending time with his family friends.
Robert is survived by his son, Sam (Tammy) Bryson of Knightstown; three grandchildren, Dany’e (Andy Stafford) Gross, Kenzie (Justin) Denton and Sammy Bryson, Jr.; one great-grandchild, Ayden Tyler Denton and one on the way; and niece, Debbie (John) Korby of Anderson. He was preceded in death by his parents, Hugh and Hazel Bryson; and companion, Kathy Spicklemire.
Private family services will be held at a later date.
