GREENFIELD
Nancy Ann (Hudson) Kiser, 79, of Greenfield, passed away Thursday, August 17, 2017 at Springhurst Health Campus. She was born on August 29, 1937, in Greenfield as the daughter of Edward and Elizabeth (Hartman) Hudson.
She graduated from Greenfield High School in 1955. Nancy married Paul L. Kiser.
She worked for Hancock Regional Hospital as a medical transcriptionist for many years and employed at Hancock County Clerk’s Office. Nancy adored children and was a volunteer and member for the National CASA Association. She enjoyed antique shopping. Nancy loved spending time with her family and friends, especially her grandchildren.
Nancy is survived by her children, Suzan (Dean) Spivey of Charlottesville, Cathy (Kevin) Newman of Greenfield, Joe Kiser of Knightstown and Melissa Kiser of Galveston, TX; sister, Betty Ray of League City, TX; grandchildren, Jeremy (Melinda Fields) Spivey, Erin Spivey; great-grandchildren, Caidyn Spivey, Taylor Griffin and Tyler Fields.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Edward and Elizabeth Hudson; husband, Paul Kiser; siblings, Rose Stalnaker, Richard Hudson, Paul Hudson, Catherine Hunt, Robert Hudson and Ruth Wilcoxin; and two infant siblings.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 18, 2017, from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Erlewein Mortuary & Crematory, 1484 W. US Hwy. 40, Greenfield, IN 46140. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, August 19, 2017, at 11:00 a.m. at Cooper Cemetery, 2355 E. 600 N., Greenfield, IN, 46140.
