HANCOCK COUNTY – The Hancock County Board of Commissioners passed an ordinance this week establishing fines for pet owners who allow their animals to run loose or bark incessantly.
The ordinance, which can be viewed at hancockcoingov.org. Click commissions, then Ordinances and Resolutions, establishes a $50 fine for pet owners who violate the rules.
