Foundation seeking grant applicants
HANCOCK COUNTY — The Hancock County Community Foundation invites entities that impact the community to apply for a $25,000 Celebrating Communities grant.
Eligible applicants must be public, tax-exempt organizations that serve Hancock County or may enter into an agreement with a qualified nonprofit that will act as fiscal sponsor.
The applying nonprofit organization must either be or collaborate with past Celebrating Community grantees, which include: the city of Greenfield/Greenfield Parks and Recreation Department, Shirley Centennial and Historical Society, town of Cumberland, town of Fortville, town of McCordsville, town of New Palestine and town of Wilkinson.
Grant proposals are due 4 p.m. March 10 to the Hancock County Community Foundation, 312 E. Main St., Greenfield. For more information, call 317-462-8870.
