Linda M. “Shellie” Cavaletto, 49, of Shirley, passed away unexpected, Monday morning January 30, 2017, at Hancock Regional Hospital. She was born August 11, 1967, in Greenfield, the daughter of William “Bill” Spegal and Linda Bass.
Shellie was employed at Knightstown Middle School as a cook. She graduated from Eastern Hancock High School where she spent time with her children and their sports. Her love was spending time with her family and friends.
Survivors include her husband, Brian Cavaletto of Shirley; three daughters, Katelinn, Kirstin, Amber Cavaletto; son, Marcus Cavaletto all of Shirley; two sisters, Tina Jones, Missy Best; seven brothers, Todd, Brian, Jerry, Travis, Michael Spegal, Josh, Jake, Jeremy Bass; several aunts; uncles; nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Paul and Lola Spegal, Jack and Maxine Barkdull, Harriett and Russell Jessup; aunt and uncle, Larry and Ann Barkdull; and cousin, Bonnie Porter.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m., Thursday, February 3, at Condo and Son Funeral home in Wilkinson. Funeral service will be held at 1 p.m., Friday, February 3, at the Wilkinson Church of Christ in Wilkinson, IN, with Ryan McCarty officiating. Burial will follow at McCray Cemetery in Wilkinson.
