GREENFIELD – The doors open for Denim & Diamonds, a fundraiser for Edelweiss Equine-Assisted Horse Therapy Center, at 5:30 p.m. Saturday at the Blu Falls Arts & Event Center, 8820 S. State Road 9, Pendleton. Dinner is served at 7 p.m. The evening’s events include a wine pull, a silent auction, a live auction and a 50-50 raffle. GREENFIELD –Shop Arts & Rummage, the indoor rummage sale from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday at the Hancock County 4-H Fairgrounds, 620 N. Apple St. Admission is $1; age 12 and under are free. GREENFIELD – Artist Peggy Brewer will guide beginning painters to create with acrylics on canvas at 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. Feb. 2 at the Hancock County Public Library, 900 W. McKenzie Road. The morning session will recreate a 2-D version of Robert Indiana’s “Love” sculpture; the evening project will be a heart in a planter. FORTVILLE – Ten West Center for the Arts, 10 W. Church St., presents a night of comedy and music at 7:30 p.m., Feb. 3. Dave Dugan, a comedian who has appeared on Comedy Central, the Arsenio Hall Show and the Bob and Tom Show, will headline. In addition to Dugan’s stand-up comedy, Patchwork, the musical duo of Rick and Holly Garrett, will also perform. Tickets can be purchased on line for $15 plus a service fee at tenwestcenter.org.
