CrazyLake Acting Company auditioning for comedy
GREENFIELD — The CrazyLake Acting Company will hold auditions for its upcoming production of “Leading Ladies” by Ken Ludwig from 6:30 to 9 p.m. on Sunday, Jan. 29 and Monday, Jan. 30 at the Dungeon at 98 E. North St. in Greenfield. “Leading Ladies” features actors, Jack and Leo, down on their luck and performing Shakespeare on the Moose Lodge circuit in Pennsylvania. When they read in the newspaper that an elderly (and wealthy) matron is about to pass and leave her fortune to two long lost nephews, they resolve pose as her relatives and get the cash. When they arrive, they find that the relatives aren’t nephews but nieces. Parts are available for five adult men and three adult women. All roles are open. Auditioners should be prepared to read from the script. Performance dates are the weekends of April 14, 15, 21, 22, 23. Dance with Peter and the Wolf
GREENFIELD — Dance East Ballet Academy will hold auditions for its spring production of “Peter and the Wolf & More” from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Jan. 21 at the studio at 28 N.
