Raul Vasquez-Alfaro, operating a motor vehicle without ever having received a license.
Richard E. Pratt, driving while suspended, operating a motor vehicle without financial responsibility.
Conner W. Hannon, operating a vehicle while intoxicated, disregarding an official traffic control device.

Tanvir Singh, operating a vehicle while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle without ever having received a license, speeding, driving left of center.
Richard J. Walker, leaving the scene of an accident.
