Carol Sue (Copple) Harr, 71, of Greenfield, passed away Wednesday, November 2, 2016. She was born on April 1, 1945, in Greenfield as the daughter of Dale and Carolyn (Shelton) Copple.
Carol graduated from Carthage High School in 1963. She worked for Indiana National and Community Health Network for many years. Previously she worked for Wendy’s and Ron Roland & Associates. Carol enjoyed gardening, the casino, working at the auctions and spending time with family and friends.
Carol is survived by her daughters, Sandy (Richard) Garcia of Greenfield and Mandy (John) Pruitt of Fishers; sisters, Nancy (Ron) Roland of Greenfield and Linda (A.J.) Swafford of Florida; grandchildren, Brooke, Tyler, J.D., Nicki, Ryan, Katie, Keeley, Jaycob, Caleb and Sarah; and great-grandchildren, Hayli and Paysen.
Carol was preceded in death by her parents, Dale and Carolyn Copple; sons, Robert “Robbie” Harr and Jamie Harr; daughter, Mitzi Colvin; and brother, Dale “Bud” Copple II.
Visitation will be held from 4 to 8 p.m. on Friday, November 4, at Erlewein Mortuary & Crematory, 1484 W. US Hwy. 40, Greenfield, IN 46140. A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, November 5, also at the mortuary. Ken Cavanaugh will be officiating. Burial will follow at Asbury Cemetery in Morristown.
