GREENFIELD — A Greenfield man cried as he told a judge in detail Tuesday morning how he sexually assaulted a young girl in his care.
Ryan Nutter, 30, 874 S. Sycamore Drive, returns for sentencing next month. Tuesday, he agreed to plead guilty to two counts of child molesting as Level 4 felonies.
Nutter went to trial last month in a separate case, and a jury found him not guilty of child molest after two days of testimony focused on similar allegations made by another child. He denied those accusations.
