Ralph E. Oliver, 73, of Markleville, died Tuesday, April 26, 2016, at Kindred Transitional Care in Greenfield. He was born February 27, 1943, in Carthage to the late Edward and Lela (Sink) Oliver.
He is survived by his wife, Phyllis J. (Whitfield) Oliver; daughter, Jada (James) Miller of Shirley; two grandchildren; sisters, Linda (Terry) McKenney of Pendleton, Kay Morris of Greenfield and Sharon McPherson of McCordsville; brother-in-law, Tony Mead of Greenfield; and sister-in-law, Paula Oliver of Beech Grove.
Ralph was preceded in death by his son, Ralph E. Oliver Jr.; brother, Jerry Oliver; and sister, Manetta Mead.
Friends may call on from 10 a.m. to noon Friday, April 29, at Seals Funeral Home, Fortville. A celebration of Ralph’s life will begin at noon at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Gravel Lawn Cemetery, Fortville.
