GREENFIELD — The Hancock County Prosecutor’s Office is welcoming a new victim advocate.
Shannon Crull, longtime director of the child support division within the prosecutor’s office, has been appointed to the victim advocate position, Prosecutor Brent Eaton said.
Crull replaces Katie Mollander, who was hired last year to serve as the prosecutor’s first-ever victims’ assistant. She resigned recently to take a position in Tippecanoe County.
Crull’s position in the child support division will be filled by Susan Sherwood, a child support specialist and 13-year veteran of the prosecutor’s office, Eaton said.
Sherwood was honored in 2015 with the Beatrice Deuel Award, a state recognition handed out by the Indiana Prosecuting Attorneys Council to honor hardworking child-support caseworkers.
