GREENFIELD — The Tri Kappa sorority in Hancock County is seeking bowling teams for a fundraiser to benefit the Imagination Library program, a project of the Hancock County Community Foundation.

The event will be at 2:30 p.m. Sunday at Strike Force Lanes, 1539 W. Main Street, Greenfield. The cost is $50 per team, and teams may register by calling Ken Gundrum at 317-509-2853 or Strike Force Lanes at 317-477-2695.

The Imagination Library program provides free age-appropriate books to children who are residents of Hancock County. Books are delivered monthly to the home in the name of the enrolled child.

The Tri Kappa sorority of Greenfield met recently. April hostesses were Becky Niedenthal, Julie Dishman, Ann Ott, Donna Owen, Heather Seib and Susie Coleman.

Tri Kappa is a philanthropic sorority in Indiana founded in 1902. At the local and state level, Tri Kappa is able to give $1.5 million every year to projects to help babies, children, teens and adults throughout Indiana.
