Library hosts annual community volunteer fair
GREENFIELD — Volunteers of all ages are invited to celebrate National Volunteer Week at the annual Hancock County Volunteer Fair from 3 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at the Hancock County Public Library, 900 W. McKenzie Road.
The free event showcases volunteer opportunities for adults, youth and families who want to help the Han-cock County community.
Participants will have the opportunity to visit with representatives from more than 25 nonprofit organizations. Some nonprofits are also recruiting board members.
Volunteers are needed for occasional, short-term and long-term work.
