Stafford to receive psychological evaluation
GREENFIELD — A judge has ordered a psychological evaluation for a former Fortville official facing felony charges.
Attorneys for Marcie Stafford, the former Fortville clerk-treasurer, asked a judge to have doctors examine the woman to determine if she is competent to stand trial.
A judge recently granted that request.
Stafford was arrested in December and pleaded not guilty to four felony counts of intimidation.
