Greenfield native to return to Indiana for author event

INDIANAPOLIS — Katrina Anne Willis, a Greenfield native, will return to the Hoosier state as a featured author.

Willis will be one of the Christamore House Guild’s featured authors at the 36th annual Book and Author Luncheon on April 15 at the Indianapolis Roof Ballroom. Katrina is one of six authors who will speak and autograph books at the annual fundraiser for scholarship dollars for the Indianapolis youth of the Christamore House. Her book, “Parting Gifts,” will be published by She Writes Press on April 19.

Willis was born in Greenfield in 1970. She attended St. Michael’s Catholic School and graduated from Greenfield-Central High School in 1988. She was a three-sport varsity athlete at Greenfield-Central, having played basketball, volleyball and softball. Learn more about Willis at katrinaannewillis.com.

The Christamore House Guild is an organization of women committed to volunteerism and charitable fundraising in support of the Christamore House, according to christamoreguild.org. The Christamore House provides early childhood education, after-school programming, senior citizen services, preventative services and employment assistance to the residents of Haughville and the near Westside.
