Jon T. Helpling pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated; sentenced to 365 days in jail with 365 days suspended; 365 days drug and alcohol probation; victim impact panel; driver’s license suspended an additional 26 days; fine and cost: $783.
Jaciel Martinez-Duran pleaded guilty to driving while suspended; sentenced to 365 days in jail with 365 days suspended; 365 days informal probation; driver’s license suspended 90 days; fine and cost: $183.
David J. Gray pleaded guilty to trafficking with an inmate; sentenced to 90 days in jail with 90 days executed; fine and cost: $183.
Luis Torres pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated; sentenced to 60 days in jail with 56 days suspended; 365 days drug and alcohol probation; driver’s license suspended 90 days; fine and cost; $783.
