Charlotte Literal, 94, of McCordsville, passed away Feb. 24, 2016. She was born April 4, 1921, in Vanderburgh County, Ind.
Charlotte is survived by brother, Donald (Shirley) Johann of Evansville; daughters, Jean (John) Zelek of Flowery Branch, Ga. and Joannie Literal of McCordsville; four grandchildren; seven great- grandchildren; a nephew and a niece.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Herman Literal; father, Harvey Johann and mother, Blanche (Hiebner) Johann.
Friends may call from 3 to 7 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 28, 2016, at Seals Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Fortville. A celebration of Charlotte’s life will be held at 2 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 29, 2016, at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Old Oaklandon Cemetery, Indianapolis.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Charlotte’s name to the McCordsville United Methodist Church P.O. Box 188 McCordsville, IN 46055.
