Nov. 9

Jack R. Hill pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated; sentenced to 365 days in jail with 10 days executed and 355 days suspended; 355 days drug and alcohol probation; 180 days home detention; victim impact panel; driver’s license suspended 180 days; fine and cost: $783.

Brian E. Mortinon pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated; sentenced to 365 days in jail with 365 days suspended; 365 days informal probation; driver’s license suspended 90 days; fine and cost: $783.

Brian E. Mortinon pleaded guilty to leaving the scene of an accident; sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended; 365 days probation; sentence to run concurrent with previous Hancock County court case.

Brian E. Mortinon pleaded guilty to being a minor in possession of alcohol; sentenced to 60 days in jail with 60 days suspended; 365 days informal probation; sentence to run concurrent with previous Hancock County court case.

Courtney J. Webb pleaded guilty to battery; sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended; 365 days formal probation; no contact order with victim; fine and cost: $183.

Nov. 10

Tabatha Harper pleaded guilty to driving while suspended; sentenced to 20 days in jail with 20 days executed; driver’s license suspended 90 days; fine and cost: $183.

Matthew S. Callom pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct; sentenced to 180 days in jail with six days executed and 176 days suspended; 176 days formal probation; 60 days home detention; anger management counseling; fine and cost: $183.

Ronald G. Hill III pleaded guilty to driving while suspended; sentenced to 20 days in jail with 20 days executed; driver’s license suspended 90 days; fine and cost: $183.

Stephen E. Grimes pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated with prior, felony; sentenced to 730 days in jail with 180 days executed and 550 days suspended; 550 days drug and alcohol probation; 180 days home detention; victim impact panel; driver’s license suspended 365 days; fine and cost: $783.

Brandon T. Warrick pleaded guilty to felony operating a vehicle while intoxicated with prior; sentenced to 365 days in jail with 365 days executed; restitution to NineStar Connect to be determined; reimbursement to prosecutor for blood draw to be determined; driver’s license suspended 365 days; sentence to run consecutive to other Hancock County court case; fine and cost: $383.

Raul Cruz pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana; sentenced to 20 days in jail with 20 days executed; $200 drug interdiction fee; fine and cost: $183.
