Girl Scout troops planning World Thinking Day event
GREENFIELD — Local Girl Scout troops will host Girl Scout World Thinking Day from 1 to 3 p.m. Sunday at the exhibit hall of the Hancock County Fairgrounds, 620 N. Apple St.
Participating troops will have booths representing different countries from around the world with a flag, posters and information.
Activities include a parade of flags and skits about each country and its culture. Attendees will have the chance to sample foods and learn about different countries.
