Oct. 5

Breyon T. Mosley pleaded guilty to driving while suspended; sentenced to 20 days in jail with 20 days executed; driver’s license suspended for 90 days; sentence to run concurrent with Marion County court case; fine and cost: $183.

Donovan Sutterfield pleaded guilty to driving while suspended; sentenced to 365 days in jail with 365 days suspended; 365 days formal probation; driver’s license suspended 90 days; fine and cost: $183.

James M. Mourey pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana; sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended; 365 days drug and alcohol probation; $200 drug interdiction fee; fine and cost: $583.

Lawrence R. Lanning pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated with prior, felony; sentenced to 1,095 days in jail with 545 days executed and 550 days suspended; 550 days drug and alcohol probation; victim impact panel; driver’s license suspended for 185 additional days; fine and cost: $783.

Nicolas J. Randell pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated; sentenced to 60 days in jail with 60 days suspended; 365 days drug and alcohol probation; victim impact panel; fine and cost: $783.

Rena Atkins pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated; sentenced to 365 days in jail with 180 days executed and 185 days suspended; home detention; 185 days drug and alcohol probation; victim impact panel; $50 reimbursement to prosecutor for blood draw; fine and cost: $783.

Danielle R. Gann pleaded guilty to false informing; sentenced to 90 days in jail with 90 days executed; sentence to run concurrent to Marion County court case; fine and cost: $183.

David L. Tarver pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana; sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended; 365 days drug and alcohol probation; $200 drug interdiction fee; fine and cost: $583.
