Christopher R. Williams, 36, Pendleton, faces charges of possession of paraphernalia, possession of a syringe, possession of marijuana and driving while suspended.
Erin E. McGovern, 19, Indianapolis, faces charges of disorderly conduct, resisting law enforcement, minor possession of alcohol, driving while intoxicated and endangerment.
Adam L. Stone, 19, Greenfield, faces charges of possession of marijuana and possession of a controlled substance.
