The following fines and sentences were imposed recently in Hancock County Superior Court 2:

Aug. 26

Stephen A. Schneider pleaded guilty to possession of paraphernalia; sentenced to 365 days in jail with 365 days suspended; one year drug and alcohol probation; fine and cost: $583.

Clinton R. Berenak pleaded guilty to interfering with a drug screening; sentenced to 90 days in jail with 90 days executed; fine and cost: $183.

Jordan D. Caplinger pleaded guilty to criminal mischief; sentenced to 90 days in jail with 90 days executed; sentence to run concurrent with other Hancock County court case; fine and cost: $183.

Brandi Tackett pleaded guilty to interfering with a drug screening; sentenced to 90 days in jail with 90 days executed; sentence to run concurrent to other Hancock County court case; fine and cost $183.

Anthony R. Seabrook pleaded guilty to driving while suspended; sentenced to 365 days in jail with 365 days suspended; 365 days formal probation; driver’s license suspended 90 days; fine and cost: $183.

Ronald D. Coffman pleaded guilty to public intoxication; sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days executed; fine and cost: $183.

Michael D. Bennett pleaded guilty to driving while suspended; sentenced to 90 days in jail with 90 days executed; driver’s license suspended for 90 days; sentenced to run concurrent with other Hancock County court case; fine and cost: $183.

Mark L. Ward Jr. pleaded guilty to battery; sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended; 365 days formal probation; fine and cost: $183.

Brian S. Peckham pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated; sentenced to 365 days in jail with 365 days suspended; 365 days drug and alcohol probation; victim impact panel; $50 reimbursement to prosecutor for blood draw; driver’s license suspended 90 days; fine and cost: $783.
