August 6

Kyrsten N. Mooney pleaded guilty to public intoxication; sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended; 365 days drug and alcohol probation. Fine and cost: $583.

Treyvyne D While pleaded guilty to criminal conversion; sentenced to 74 days in jail with 74 days executed; restitution to Wal-Mart for $81.81. Fine and cost: $168.

Evan T. Carr pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated; sentenced to 120 days in jail with 120 days executed; sentence to run concurrent with other Hancock County court cases. Fine and cost: $383.

Kurtis W. Johnson pleaded guilty to theft; sentenced to 110 days in jail with 110 days executed; restitution to Wal-Mart for $121.78; sentence to run concurrent with other Hancock County court case. Fine and cost: $183.

Kurtis W. Johnson pleaded guilty to battery; sentenced to 365 days in jail with six days executed and 359 days suspended; 359 days formal probation; no contact order with victim; sentence to run concurrent with other Hancock County court case. Fine and cost: $183.

August 7

James Fultz pleaded guilty to conversion; sentenced to 28 days in jail with 28 days executed; sentence to run concurrent with other Hancock County court case. Fine and cost; $168.

Arick J. Mazimek pleaded guilty to dealing marijuana; sentenced to 365 days in jail with 365 days suspended; 365 days drug and alcohol probation; $200 drug interdiction fee. Fine and cost: $583.

Spencer Powell pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated; sentenced to 365 days in jail with four days executed and 361 days suspended; 361 days drug and alcohol probation; victim impact panel; $267.50 reimbursement to prosecutor for blood draw. Fine and cost: $783.

Spencer Powell pleaded guilty to possession of paraphernalia; sentenced to 180 days in jail with four days executed and 176 days suspended; 176 days probation; sentence to run concurrent with previous Hancock County court case.
