Hancock County budget ready for adoption
GREENFIELD — This week, the Hancock County Council conducted a public hearing on the 2016 county budget.
Resident John Priore was the only member of the public to address the council, and he cautioned the council to watch its spending, especially when funding nonprofits and special groups.
Final adoption of the budget is slated for next month. Residents who would like to view the advertised budget can do so by visiting budget notices.in.gov.
