Patrick Alan Woodward, 74, Greenfield, passed away July 30, 2015, in New Palestine. He was born on March 6, 1941, in Kendallville, Ind. He graduated from Elkhart High School and retired from Elkhart General Hospital.
He served in the Indiana National Guard.
Survivors include, sons, Mark (Cindy), Mike (Terri) and David (Gina) Woodward; brothers, Tom Woodward of Lake Havasu, Nev., Charles (Sue) Woodward of Elkhart and Bill Woodward of Palm Spring, Fla., and six grandchildren, Dalton, Kyle, Brian, Lucas, Kurt and Cooper Woodward.
Preceded in death by his wife, Anita Woodward; mother, Inez Woodward and a brother, Richard Woodward.
Visitation will be from 5 p.m. until the time of service at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, August 4, 2015, at Bell Mortuary & Crematory, Shangrila Chapel, Fountaintown, IN, with Pastor Carl Coffey Officiating.
